Why are my products not showing on my store?

 

Check your settings for the following.

 

1. Display and product status

Registered products will not be displayed on your store if [On display] and [For sale] have not been enabled. To display your products, change [Display status] to [On display] and [Product status] to [For sale].

 

2. Uncategorized products

Products that are not categorized will not be displayed on your store. To display products that are not categorized, choose a category in [Product category].

 

3. Zero-priced products

If [Display zero-priced products] is disabled, products priced as ‘0’ will not be displayed on your store even if set to [On display]. To display a zero-priced product, enable [Display zero-priced products].

4. Display product category

If you add a product category to a product, and the product category’s display setting is disabled, the product will not be displayed on your store. To display your product, enable the product category’s display setting or change it to a category that is currently on display.

5. Expiration date

If you have enabled [Expiration date] on a product and it has expired, the product will not be displayed on your store. To display your product, disable the product’s [Expiration date] option or extend the [Expiration date].
