Can I add an expiration date to points?

 

You can cancel points in [Points expiration].

 

Settings

 

1. Go to [Customers>Incentives>Points expiration] on your admin page’s Advanced Mode.

- If you are using the Smart Mode, change to the Advanced Mode for this setting.

 

2. Choose a date and minimum amount for the points you wish to cancel and click on [Search].

- Notes
- If you wish to cancel the points of a specific customer level, you may also add that to your search conditions.

- You can only change the search conditions once a week to prevent the server from becoming overloaded.

 

3. An expiration notice will be sent to the relevant customers by email and their points will expire the next day.

- Notes:

- You cannot set a specific expiration date. Points will expire one after the other the following morning.

- After scheduling an expiration, you can undo it before midnight on the same day.

- You cannot restore points that have expired.
