What are pending points?

 

Pending points refer to points that cannot be used for a specified amount of time after being rewarded for purchases.

 

To prevent customers exploiting the points program by purchasing products with points accumulated through canceled/returned orders, points are first rewarded as pending points.

 

Settings

1. [Advanced Mode] - Go to [My Store>Store setup>Points] on your admin page.
[Smart Mode] - Go to [Settings>Points].

2. Choose the number of days where points will be issued after an order has been delivered in [Issue points]. Points will be designated as [Pending points] for this duration.

 

Viewing pending points

1. [Advanced Mode] - Go to [Customers>Incentives>Points] on your admin page.
[Smart Mode] - Go to [Promotion>Points].

2. Click on the [Pending points] tab under [Points history] to view pending points for each customer.
