Why can’t I see the “Payment confirmed” step when using the Smart Mode?

“Payment confirmed” is not included in the fulfillment steps on the Smart Mode.

 

 

If you began using Cafe24 admin solutions with the Smart Mode, you will not find a “Payment confirmed” step within the fulfillment process.

However, “Payment confirmed” exists in the Advanced Mode. So, if you started by using the Advanced Mode and switch to the Smart Mode, you will find “Payment confirmed” among the steps of the fulfillment process.

 

Fulfillment process for each mode

1. Advanced Mode

Awaiting payment >Payment confirmed > Awaiting fulfillment > Awaiting shipment > In transit > Delivered

2. Smart Mode

Awaiting payment > Awaiting fulfillment > Awaiting shipment > In transit > Delivered
