Why is my access to certain menus restricted when I log in through a sub-admin account?

Check the sub-admin permission settings.

 

Settings

1. Go to[My Store>Store setup>Admin accounts>Settings]on your admin page and click on a sub-admin ID to check its account permissions.

2. In the[Edit admin account]page, scroll down to[Account permissions]. Adjust the settings for permission details concerning specific stores, menus or features and click [Save] to apply the changes.
