You can check your inventory by using the [Minimum stock level] page or [Low stock notification] email alert.
Minimum stock level
1. [Advanced Mode] - Go to [Products>Inventory>Manage inventory] on your admin page.
2. Click [Enable] for [Track inventory] and enter your [Available stock] and [Minimum stock level].
3. If [Available stock] is equal or lower than the [Minimum stock level], the product will also appear in [Products>Inventory>Minimum stock level].
Low stock notification
1. [Advanced Mode] - Go to [Products>Inventory>Manage inventory] on your admin page.
2. Click [Enable] for [Track inventory] and enter your [Available stock] and [Minimum stock level]. Click [Important stock] for [Stock type].
3. Go to [Customers>Automated emails>Settings] and enable [Low stock notification].
• Low stock notifications will be sent according to the product’s [Stock type].
- Important stock If the remaining stock level is less than the [Minimum stock level], a low stock notification email will be sent. e.g. If there are 10 [Important stock] items and the [Minimum stock level] is set at 5, a low stock notification email will be sent when the remaining stock level reaches 5 or less.
- General stock Regardless of the [Minimum stock level], a low stock notification will only be sent when the remaining stock level reaches 0. e.g. If there are 10 [General stock] items and the [Minimum stock level] is set at 5, a low stock notification email will be sent when the remaining stock level reaches 0.
