You can create a free shipping event through [Incentives] or [Coupons] in [Promotions].
Method 1
1. [Advanced Mode] - Go to [Promotions>Incentives>Create incentives] on your admin page.
[Smart Mode] - Go to [Promotions>Incentives] and click [Create incentives].
2. Choose [Shipping fee discount] in [Type].
3. When you have completed all your changes, click [Save].
Method 2
• Coupons can only be issued to customer accounts.

[Smart Mode] - Go to [Promotion>Coupons] and click [Create coupon].
2. Choose [Shipping fee discount] in [Discount/Reward type] and click [Offer free shipping].
3. When you have completed all your changes, click [Save].
• If you want to apply free shipping to specific products, you can configure additional settings in [Coupon-applicable products] or [Coupon-applicable categories].
Notes for shipping fee discount
- Orders which include products that are applicable for free shipping will also have free shipping applied to default/supplier/per-product shipping. If the order includes an excluded product, free shipping will not be applied.
