Why are used coupons not automatically restored after an order has been canceled?

 

Check whether the order has been successfully canceled/returned and check your auto-restore coupon settings.

 

If you have successfully processed a cancel/return and the coupon is not restored, check the following settings.

 

Settings

1. Go to [Promotions>Coupons>Settings] on your admin page.

2. Change your settings in [Auto-restore coupons] as required.
3. When you have completed all your changes, click [Save].

 

Notes for auto-restoring coupons

1. Coupons will only be restored when the entire order has been canceled/returned. Coupons will not be restored for partial cancellations or returns.

2. If you need to restore a coupon for a partial cancellation/return, you can manually reissue it.
